How it works

Every shirt is printed to order. Once you place an order, our fulfilment partner prints it in roughly 2–5 business days, then hands it off to the carrier. Delivery time on top of that depends on where you live.

Rates & delivery times

We don't show a flat shipping rate on the product page because it varies by destination. The exact cost and an estimated delivery window are calculated live at checkout once you enter your address.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Items destined for the UK and EU are fulfilled from our partner's nearest European facility; orders elsewhere are fulfilled from the closest available facility to keep transit short.

Customs, duties & taxes

Because every shirt is made to order, your order is printed at whichever facility is closest to your address and has your size in stock. Most orders never cross a border, so there is nothing extra to pay.

Occasionally, an order ships internationally because a size or colour is only available at another facility. In that case, the destination country may charge import duty, VAT or a carrier handling fee, collected by the courier on delivery. These charges are set by your government and the carrier, not by us: we don't receive any part of them and we can't calculate them in advance.

If you'd rather not accept a parcel that arrives with a fee due, email Show email address before you order and we'll tell you where your shirt would ship from.

Lost or delayed orders

If your tracking hasn't moved in more than 10 business days, email Show email address with your order number and we'll chase it up. See our returns policy for damaged or defective items.
