Who we are

Animal Kingdom Apparel is a Posh Tonic initiative. We sell premium, made-to-order animal t-shirts, and 20% of profits are gifted to our charity partner, Free The Wild (UK registered charity 1173936).

When you use animalkingdomapparel.com, these terms form the agreement between you and us. They don't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Using the site

Please use the site for personal shopping only. Don't attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it to place fraudulent orders. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.

We work hard to keep product pages, prices and stock information accurate, but mistakes happen. If something is clearly wrong, we'll tell you before your order is confirmed.

Accounts and sign-in

You can shop as a guest, or create an account to track orders and keep your bag across devices. Accounts can be created with an email address and password, or by signing in with Google.

If you use an account, please keep your password safe and let us know quickly if you think someone else has accessed it. Give us accurate details: we need a correct delivery address to fulfil your order, and correct contact details to reach you about it. Orders, pricing and payment

All prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and basket.

Every shirt is printed to order once you check out, so orders can't be edited or cancelled once production has started. Payments are taken securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Your order confirmation is sent by email, and your contract with us is formed when we confirm the order.

Delivery

Orders are produced by our fulfilment partner and typically print in a few business days before shipping. Production and delivery estimates are on our shipping page. We ship worldwide; for overseas orders your country may charge customs duty or handling fees on arrival, which are set by your customs authority and not by us.

Returns and refunds

Because each shirt is made to order, we don't accept returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong size or wrong colour. Every product page includes a full size guide, so please use it before checking out.

If your order arrives damaged or with a print defect, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund it. Full details are on our returns page. Your statutory rights are not affected by anything here.

Discount codes and the Wild Trail

Discount codes, including codes earned by playing the Wild Trail game, reduce the pre-shipping total of an order. Codes are for personal use: they have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged, and any limits (such as a number of uses or an expiry date) are shown where the code is given. We may withdraw a code if we believe it is being used in breach of these terms.

Our designs and brand

The site, the animal designs, artwork, logos and copy belong to Animal Kingdom Apparel or are used with permission. Please don't reproduce or resell them without asking us first.

Our charity partner

We gift 20% of profits to Free The Wild (UK registered charity 1173936), a charity working to protect wildlife worldwide. This commitment describes how we run the business; it isn't a promise that any individual purchase funds a specific project.

Liability

We're responsible for loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or by our negligence. Nothing in these terms limits that responsibility, or your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of your order.
